# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The crispy chickpeas turn a regular salad into something youll actually crave
  • The dressing comes together in minutes and keeps for days
  • You get protein, crunch, and fresh greens all in one bowl
02 -
  • Do not skip drying the chickpeas, any moisture will make them steam instead of crisp up
  • The dressing tastes even better after it sits for an hour, so make it ahead if you can
  • Add the chickpeas last minute or they will get soggy from the dressing
03 -
  • If you do not have an air fryer, roast the chickpeas at 400F for 25 to 30 minutes on a baking sheet
  • Double the dressing and keep it in a jar for quick salads all week
  • Toast some nuts or seeds as an alternative to chickpeas when you need a change
