# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It transforms ordinary soda into a fancy treat that feels like dessert but takes five minutes
  • The coconut cream creates the most gorgeous swirling effect when you pour it in
  • Perfect for those moments when you want something indulgent without turning on the oven
02 -
  • The cream will curdle if you pour it too fast or stir too vigorously, so take your time with that final step
  • Using soda straight from the fridge makes all the difference in how well the cream floats on top
  • A clear glass makes this experience infinitely better since watching the layers form is half the fun
03 -
  • Chill your glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before starting for extra frosty vibes
  • Buy the small cans of Dr Pepper so you don't waste any soda
  • Make a big batch of blackberry syrup on Sunday to use all week long
