# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes five minutes and makes you look like you actually know what you're doing behind the bar.
  • Works beautifully as a mocktail or fully spirited—no judgment either way.
  • Those leftover bottles finally have a purpose beyond guilt.
02 -
  • Don't muddle so hard that you crush the raspberry seeds—they turn bitter and cloudy when you do.
  • If your sparkling water isn't cold, the whole drink suffers; chill your glasses beforehand or use extra ice.
03 -
  • Freeze a few raspberries in ice cubes beforehand; they look beautiful as the drink chills and add flavor as they melt.
  • A tiny pinch of salt in the simple syrup somehow makes the fruit taste even brighter.
